Agentic Workflow Design

• Design and build multi-step, autonomous AI workflows
• Enable AI agents to manage full customer journeys such as lead qualification, follow‑ups, and complex query handling

Enterprise Systems Integration

• Lead integrations with critical platforms such as CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), payment gateways, and communication APIs
• Architect seamless connections between AI systems and enterprise tools

Event‑Driven Automation

• Develop and orchestrate workflows using webhooks and triggers
• Ensure real‑time data synchronisation across systems and AI agents

Consultative Scoping

• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, from technical teams to executives
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Testing & Reliability

• Build and execute testing frameworks to ensure stability and accuracy

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with AI agents and LLM orchestration
• Understanding of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and voice‑based AI systems
• Strong proficiency in REST APIs and webhook‑based architectures
• Ability to map, process, and transform data using tools such as Python and Excel
• Experience integrating with CRM and messaging platform APIs
