Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate control and administration of all stock (new, used, demo, in-transit).
• Capture and reconcile stock on dealer management systems.
• Manage vehicle documentation including invoices, NATIS documents, registrations, and licensing.
• Ensure correct pricing, costings, and vehicle details are loaded and maintained.
• Reconcile floorplan statements and liaise with financial institutions where applicable.
• Monitor vehicle movements, transfers, and stock ageing.
• Ensure compliance with OEM, group, and audit requirements.
• Support sales, finance, and management with accurate stock data.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, variances, and discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigations into variances.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and dealership policies.
