Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role within a motor vehicle dealership.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle stock control processes.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage vehicle stock (new and used vehicles).
• Ensure all deal files are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Invoice all vehicle deals strictly according to approved deal files.
• Work closely with Sales Manager and Dealer Principal.
• Prepare and post month-end journals.
