TalentEdge Recruitment & Advisory is seeking a Vehicle Stock Controller for Pretoria. You will manage vehicle stock control functions, capture new vehicle information in the Dealer Management System, and ensure stock records are updated and accessible to relevant users.

You will liaise with manufacturers and dealer networks to source vehicles, record and report stock activity, and provide accurate information to support operational decision-making, delivering timely administrative support while

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in the motor industry preferred.
• Experience with vehicle stock control is advantageous.
• Dealer Management System literacy is preferred, units recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage the vehicle stock control function.
• Capture new vehicle information accurately on the Dealer Management System.
• Ensure stock records are updated and accessible to relevant users.
• Liaise with manufacturers and dealer networks to support vehicle sourcing.
• Record and report on stock and transactional activity.
• Provide accurate information to support operational decision-making.
• Deliver accurate, timely and customer-focused administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures and stock control processes.
