You will be the main point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repair, explain recommended services, and generate estimates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and service scheduling software.
• A passion for customer service and the automotive sector is essential.
