An established and growing automotive leasing and rental business is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations across several divisions. You will drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, put solid reporting structures in place and keep customer service standards high. You will work closely with executive leadership to carry out business strategy and meet company objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for the sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, coaching and offboarding.
• Run daily sales meetings, strategy sessions and KPI performance reviews.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across all business divisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies that support growth.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems that cover sales performance, rentals and team productivity.
• Analyse trends and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
