Eastern Personnel Consultants is assisting in finding a Sinoville New Vehicle Sales Manager for a dealership in Pretoria North, Gauteng. The role focuses on leading the new vehicle sales team, driving volumes, and maximizing gross profit while delivering exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of automotive sales leadership experience, a proven track record, and strong negotiation and leadership skills. A valid SA driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of stable experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive/Team Lead in a franchise dealership.
• Proven, verifiable track record of meeting unit volume and profit targets.
• Strong proficiency in dealership management systems (Automate, Pinnacle, Seriti, or similar).
• Valid, unendorsed South African driver’s license is required.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and closing skills; bilingual communication is beneficial for the local market.

Responsabilités

• Sales Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and manage the new vehicle sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Stock & inventory management: Oversee new vehicle stock levels, aging inventory, model mix, and showroom displays.
• Deal structuring & finance: Assist sales executives with deal structuring and liaising with the F&I manager to optimize conversions.
• Marketing & customer retention: Develop local marketing strategies, promotions, and retention initiatives for the Sinoville market.
• CSI excellence: Maintain and improve CSI scores through top-tier service delivery.
• Reporting: Compile and present weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
