Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in quality control/assurance, automotive preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, SPC, and inspection techniques.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement QCs for all manufacturing processes.
• Perform regular inspections of materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
• Apply SPC to monitor processes and spot deviations.
• Analyze data, identify root causes, implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to fix quality issues.
• Maintain calibration and calibration of QC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate status to management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reduce scrap.
• Train personnel on quality standards and procedures.
