Job summary

M-Sure, part of the Motus Group, seeks a qualified Claims Administrator to join the Claims Team in Gauteng. The role involves validating and finalising claims within policy guidelines and delivering service excellence.

You will handle duties from adhering to procedures to assisting policyholders, dealers and insurers, while maintaining accuracy, punctuality, and strong communication under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Handle claims accurately as per policy schedule of benefits.
• Foster teamwork within the claims team.
• Capture relevant information accurately for follow-up.
• Be punctual and adhere to rosters.
• Conduct assessments in a professional manner.
• Maintain customer service quality on each call.
• Update reference material/notes on claim file.
• Efficient handling of assessments and queries from policyholders, dealers, area managers and financial institutions.
• Interact with colleagues and other departments.
• Assessments referred to call centre manager for approval.
• Add input to call centre meetings.
• Assist with walk-ins at offices with queries.
