IZI South Africa is seeking an experienced ATM Operations Team Leader to be based at Standard Bank Head Office in Johannesburg. The role will lead the ATM Operations team, ensuring optimal performance, service delivery, and strict adherence to security and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will monitor network uptime, coordinate cash replenishment, and collaborate with service providers to optimise ATM operations and customer experience.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years' experience in ATM operations or banking operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with ATM monitoring tools and banking systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the ATM Operations team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
• Monitor ATM network performance, uptime, and availability, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
• Coordinate cash replenishment schedules and support accurate cash forecasting.
• Oversee ATM maintenance, fault resolution, and service provider performance.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
• Analyse operational data and prepare reports on ATM performance, incidents, and trends.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage incidents, escalations, and emergency responses relating to ATM services.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure seamless ATM operations.
