Job summary

Fidelity Services Group, Witbank, is seeking a diligent ATM officer to load client ATMs and ensure secure cash handling. You will report to the Branch Manager and monitor ATM health while maintaining strict security controls.

The role requires PSIRA Grade B, firearm training, SAPS competency, and a valid driver’s license, with a willingness to travel and work overtime as needed. You will be part of a team dedicated to reliability and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Clear criminal record.
• PSIRA Grade B accreditation.
• Firearm training completed (handgun and rifle).
• SAPS competency certificate.
• CIT certificate.
• Experience in security industry or similar role.
• Driver’s license.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Load client ATMS daily.
• Secure and account for all cash transactions daily.
• Attend to all ATM technical faults.
• Balance and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure all client assets are secured at all times.
• Follow all key procedures at all times.
• Handle trans track scanning operations.
• Interact with clients and provide assistance.
