Job summary

IZI South Africa is seeking an ATM Custodian in Cradock/Middelburg to ensure continuous ATM service, cash custody and deposits, and reporting accuracy. You will balance cash, replenish terminals and adhere to safety and control procedures to minimize loss.

The role requires Matric with Mathematics, at least 2 years ATM experience, and relevant certifications. Computer literacy and basic teller exposure are advantageous for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Matric (with Mathematics) is required.
• ATM Custodian course certification is required.
• A Certificate of Competence is desirable.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Teller experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ATM terminals are stocked with cash and stationery.
• Coordinate with control centre to resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Balance ATM cash at required intervals and ensure accuracy on the system.
• Process deposits and manage deposits/purge bin workflows.
• Prepare and reconcile ATM reports and slips for cash centre.
• Adhere to firearm, safety and incident reporting procedures.
