• Minimum 5 years of facility maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, repairs, grounds maintenance and safety protocols.
• Experience reading blueprints and technical manuals.
• Proven ability to manage a team and coordinate work schedules.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; computer literacy for records.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the maintenance team including groundskeepers, technicians, and cleaners.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.
• Schedule inspections, repairs, and upgrades to keep facilities in optimal condition.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies with timely solutions.
• Oversee upkeep of sports fields, courts, and outdoor surfaces.
