Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sports Facilities Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sports venue operations, including field maintenance and safety protocols.
• Experience in staff supervision, budget management, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple sports facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for assets such as fields, courts, gyms, and infrastructure.
• Lead maintenance staff and vendors, providing direction and performance management.
• Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and pursue cost-saving efficiencies without compromising quality.
