Qualifications

• Diploma in Business and/or Retail Management is desirable.
• 1 to 3 years retail experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager to plan, lead and direct daily store operations.
• Drive profitability by managing sales, stock, expenses and shrinkage.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and adherence to service principles.
