Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory/assistant store management role.
• Strong understanding of sales and service management.
• Budgeting skills and inventory awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office and store software.
• Excellent communication and retail environment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in daily store operations to meet targets and customer service standards.
• Manage stock receiving, stock levels, room cleanliness and write-offs.
• Analyze sales and profitability data to inform action plans and boost performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and maintain customer experience standards.
• Lead, coach and develop store team; recruit and manage performance.
