Responsibilities

• Stock Management: Ensure stock is received, unpacked, merchandised, and replenished on the floor.
• Monitor stock levels and mitigate risks to prevent stock loss and ensure adequate stock on hand.
• Oversee stockroom maintenance to meet housekeeping standards.
• Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls and returns.
• Sales Growth & Profitability: Analyse sales and profitability to inform action plans and increase sales.
• Review product performance and provide feedback to support centre to enhance sales.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Risk Management: Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Customer Experience Management: Implement customer experience processes to meet service standards.
• Leadership & Development: Lead and develop store team to meet KPIs; identify training and succession needs; recruit and manage performance.
