Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets with planograms and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and shrink control.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Assist with store planning, merchandising, and visual displays.
• Provide reporting on sales and inventory metrics.
• Support Store Manager in executing campaigns and vision.
