Chateau Gateaux (Pty) Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cape Town. You will head the store, manage staff resources, and ensure quality workmanship and hygiene whilst maximizing profitability.

Key duties include opening/closing the store, overseeing admin and reporting, ordering stock, and maintaining exceptional customer service in a high-urgency environment.

Competenze

• Grade 12/Matric is required and a tertiary qualification in Food & Beverage is preferred.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Knowledge of GAAP and strong numeracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Staff management experience and leadership capabilities.

Minimum Required Experience & Qualification

• High level of numeracy
• Staff management experience
