Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• A tertiary qualification related to Food and Beverage is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry in a management position.
• Knowledge of GAAP system.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain high level of customer service and attention to detail.
• Oversee stock ordering and general admin/reporting duties.
• Lead and motivate the store team; ensure hygiene and quality standards.

As an Assistant Store Manager you must be motivated and dynamic with excellent people skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail. You must be able to effectively and efficiently head the store, manage the resources of the staff and ensure that the quality of workmanship and hygiene systems are in place, whilst maximizing profitability.

• Opening, Closing and Managing of the Store in absence of Store Manager.
