Responsibilities

• Perform basic food preparation tasks such as cutting slices, making hot and cold beverages and packaging to company standards.
• Take orders accurately from customers and provide information about menu items as required.
• Prepare baked products and package according to company standards.
• Handle cash registers and process payments from customers.
• Provide high level of customer service in store ensuring customer retention.
• Maintain a clean work environment by adopting clean as you go practices inside and surrounding areas of the store.
• Participate in training activities to improve service skills and knowledge of products.
• Conduct accurate daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes as required by store management.
• Communicate effectively to customers about new and existing products, other stores, online services and the company Loyalty App.
