Qualifications

• Must have experience as Spa Supervisor or Assistant Spa Manager in luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
• Proven leadership and guest service excellence.
• Experience with reservations and booking systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager with day-to-day spa operations.
• Supervise spa therapists and front-of-house staff.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and luxury standards.
• Manage staff scheduling and daily operations.
• Oversee bookings, reception, and reception procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Support stock control and inventory.
• Assist with promotions, packages and retail initiatives.
• Drive spa and retail sales where appropriate.
• Contribute to staff training and performance management.
