Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist / Admin Operations Assistant to join a luxury safari lodge in the North West. This role combines spa expertise with hospitality support, reception and administrative duties, enabling you to contribute to all lodge operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will perform spa treatments, manage bookings, host guests during events, and support managers in daily operations, while maintaining high hygiene and service

Qualifications

• Fully qualified skincare therapist with current accreditation.
• Minimum 3 years in aesthetics or spa; luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.
• Proficient computer use and handling reception duties.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation.
• Own transport essential.
• Ability to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments (facials, manicures, pedicures, massages, etc.).
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and deliver high standards of service.
• Handle reception and administrative duties, including bookings, stock control, and lodge operations.
• Assist with hosting guests during high tea, dinner and events.
• Conduct room checks and assist with guest check-ins when required.
• Support the General and Assistant Managers in operational tasks.
• Maintain hygiene, professionalism and service standards at all times.
• Assist with curio shop sales, stock management and monthly stock takes.
