• Experience as Wellness or Spa Manager in supervisory role.
• Experience in luxury hotel/spa wellness environment.
• Strong spa and wellness operations knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Professional presentation and guest-focused service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational and administrative abilities.
• Calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel's wellness and spa facilities
• Maintain exceptional service standards
• Lead and motivate the wellness team
• Coordinate staff schedules and treatments
• Ensure treatments delivered to high standards
• Assist with recruitment and training of staff
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness throughout facilities
• Monitor stock levels and ordering of products
• Build relationships with guests and meet needs
• Handle guest queries and feedback professionally
• Develop wellness programmes and guest experiences
• Monitor performance and identify improvements
• Ensure health, safety and operational procedures are followed
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
