Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional spa treatments to guests, ensuring the highest standards of service and care.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of all spa products and services offered.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Upsell treatments and retail products where appropriate to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met at all times; assist with spa reception duties and guest bookings when required.
