Job summary

Herb Packaging Plant in the Western Cape seeks a skilled Assistant Manager to coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, and engage with customers. The role focuses on sales execution, quality control, stock management, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have HACCP/GlobalGAP knowledge, planning and budgeting experience, and proficiency with ERP and MS Office. fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a production/packaging environment.
• HACCP/GlobalGAP knowledge is required.
• Experience with planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
