Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in a production/packaging environment.
• HACCP/GlobalGAP knowledge is required.
• Experience with planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities and supervise plant operations.
• Engage with commercial customers and maintain sales.
• Ensure food safety audits, quality control and stock management.
