Job summary

Ndc Personnel & Contractors in the Western Cape seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA and food safety across facilities in Cape Winelands. The role focuses on maintaining HACCP and BRCGS compliance, overseeing audits, traceability, corrective actions, and handling customer complaints.

A BSc in Food Science or related field and proven quality management experience in food processing are essential. Knowledge of POPI Act compliance is encouraged, aligning safety with regulatory adherence

Job description

In this role, you will be leading quality assurance and food safety across facilities and operations. Your duties will include maintaining HACCP and BRCGS compliance, overseeing quality assessments, and managing traceability and corrective actions. Experience with audits, non-conformances and customer complaints will be key to your success.

To be considered, candidates should hold a BSc degree in Food Science, Horticulture, or similar and have proven quality management experience in the food processing sector. Strong practical experience with HACCP and BRCGS is also required.
