Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge in South Africa. The role requires Matric and hospitality qualifications, plus 3 years’ experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star setting, with strong F&B and stock control, and a proven leadership track record.

The successful candidate will oversee lodge operations, drive guest service excellence, manage and train staff, and ensure compliance. A valid driver’s license is essential, and couples with complementary skills are encouraged to

• Experience in lodge management or senior supervisory role advantageous.
• Strong Food and Beverage management experience.

• Proven experience managing and leading hospitality staff.
• Valid driver''s license essential.
• Excellent computer literacy and administrative skills.
