Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a capable Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge in Limpopo. The role requires 3 years’ experience in high-end hospitality, with strong F&B management and proven staff leadership.

You will oversee stock control and lodge operations, and a valid driver’s license is essential for this hands-on leadership position. Applicants should hold Matric and a relevant hospitality qualification; prior lodge management or senior supervisory experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification is required.
• Relevant hospitality management qualification is preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a luxury lodge, 5-star hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Experience in lodge management or supervisory roles is advantageous.
• Strong Food and Beverage management experience and stock control skills are essential.
• Proven ability to lead hospitality staff and manage lodge operations.
• Valid driver’s license is essential and computer literacy is required.
