Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room attendants, public areas, and laundry staff. You will conduct daily room inspections, manage shifts, and coordinate with engineering and front desk to maintain room readiness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a formal hospitality background, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and cleanliness across all areas of the property.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with formal hospitality qualification is required.
• At least 5 years' housekeeping experience, including 4 in a supervisory role.
• Experience with scheduling, stock control, room inspections, and maintaining quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with health, safety and hygiene regulations and housekeeping software.

• Handle special requests, VIP setups, lost-and-found items, and guest feedback.

Requirements:
