Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to ensure efficient performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning techniques and safety standards.
• Operations Oversight: Plan and schedule housekeeping activities, including daily cleaning, laundry, and deep-cleaning projects.
• Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness meets the organization's standards.
• Inventory and Supplies: Manage housekeeping supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve complaints related to housekeeping.
