Mama Shelter Cape Town seeks a detail‑driven finance professional to open the books for the new venue. You will monitor costs, control stock, and turn data into clear reports that guide margins and cash flow.

You’ll work closely with Head Chef, F&B Director, and the finance team to keep the numbers accurate while supporting timely receivables and supplier accounts, ensuring a smooth opening and ongoing profitability.

Formación

• BASICS of accounting inside out; can handle reports, client accounts and inventories.
• Hotel/restaurant cost control experience; OPERA or MICROS is a plus.
• Excel proficiency; create clear, functional spreadsheets.
• Super organized; manages deadlines and priorities with a smile.
• Team player who collaborates with cross‑functional teams and adheres to regs.
