Mama Shelter is opening Cape Town, inviting a skilled finance professional to lead accounting and cost control in our vibrant hotel. You will oversee reports, inventories, and cost controls to ensure margins are optimized and financial processes run smoothly.

You will partner with Head Chef, Sous Chef, and F&B Director to balance kitchen and accounts, chase receivables, and deliver clear Excel-based reports. A dynamic, international brand awaits your expertise.

• You know the basics of accounting inside out and can navigate reports, client accounts, and inventories with your eyes closed.
• Hotel and restaurant cost control is your playground. And if you’ve worked with OPERA or MICROS, that’s a total win!
