Qualifications

• Three-year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Driver's License.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Two years HR & Employment Relations experience.
• Knowledge of Public Service Transformation and relevant Acts/Policies (Batho Pele).
• Ability to convert policy into action and apply procedures.
• Skills in administration, financial management, project management, communication, analysis and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of HR policies in the Province.
• Monitor and advise on Employee Relations policies and prescripts.
• Coordinate and manage Employment Equity programmes.
• Monitor the administration of service benefits.
