iMasFinance Co-operative (Ltd) Centurion office offers an exciting opportunity in our Digital Channels Sales Contact Centre. The role focuses on building customer and business relationships while promoting vehicle and asset financing and related loan products through our contact centre and digital channels.

You will assess affordability, liaise with customers and dealerships, process loan applications, and deliver excellent service while growing member relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting (Essential).
• FAIS Recognised Qualification or Certificate for Representatives (Essential).
• Valid Driver's License Code 8 (Essential).
• Computer literacy including MS Office (Essential).

Aufgaben

• Sell vehicle and asset financing, personal loans and related products.
• Liaise with members, employer groups, customers and dealerships.
• Conduct affordability and repayment assessments.
• Analyse customer position and propose solutions.
• Conclude sales deals and process loan applications.
• Deliver efficient member/customer service.
• Maintain relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholders.
• Establish new member/customer relationships.
• Identify risk and communicate to relevant parties.
