The candidate should have Matric with Mathematics/Accounting, FSCA qualification, FAIS compliance, a Code 8 license, and MS Office proficiency, with prior banking

• Valid Driver's Licence Code 8 (Essential).
• Computer Literacy – MS Office (Essential); 2 years’ experience in financial/banking industry.

Aufgaben

• Sales of financing (loans), value-adding products and up-selling & cross selling other iMasFinance products.
• Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, customers and dealerships.
• Conduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessments.
• Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions.
• Conclude sales deals, process & finalize loan applications.
• Efficient and effective member/customer service delivery.
• Retain and maintain relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholders.
• Establish new member/customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify possible risk and communicate to relevant parties.

Job Purpose:

To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services in order to promote and sell unsecured loan products (personal loans) and Value Adding Products in Richards Bay and surrounding areas in the KZN Province.

Job Outputs:

• Sales of financing (loans), value-adding products and up-selling & cross selling other iMasFinance products
• Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, customers and dealerships
