Job summary

iMasFinance Co-operative (Ltd) is recruiting for a field-based role to establish and maintain customer relationships while promoting unsecured loan products and Value Adding Products in Richards Bay and surrounding areas in the KZN Province. The role focuses on selling, assessing affordability, and delivering excellent service to members.

The successful candidate will liaise with customers, dealerships and groups, conclude loan deals, and manage risk communication.

Qualifications

• Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
• FSCA relevant qualification (NQF5).
• FAIS fit & proper requirements.
• Valid Driver's Licence Code 8.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) with 2 years’ banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell unsecured loan products (personal loans) and Value Adding Products.
• Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, customers and dealerships.
• Conduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessments.
• Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions.
• Conclude sales deals and finalize loan applications.
• Provide efficient and effective member/customer service delivery.
• Retain and grow relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholders.
• Establish new member/customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify possible risk and communicate to relevant parties.

Job Purpose:

To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services in order to promote and sell unsecured loan products (personal loans) and Value Adding Products in Richards Bay and surrounding areas in the KZN Province.

Job Outputs:

• Sales of financing (loans), value-adding products and up-selling & cross selling other iMasFinance products
• Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, customers and dealerships
• Conduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessments
