Job summary

iMasFinance Co-operative Limited Centurion office is seeking an energetic professional to drive vehicle and asset financing sales through our contact centre and digital channels. You will promote and sell loan products while building strong customer relationships in a dynamic, transformation-driven environment.

The role requires FAIS qualifications, a valid driver's license, and solid experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
• FAIS recognised qualification or certificate for representatives.
• Valid Driver's License Code 8.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• At least 2 years in financial/banking including vehicle/asset finance.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicle and asset financing, personal loans, and related products; up-sell & cross-sell other iMasFinance products.
• Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, customers and dealerships.
• Conduct affordability and repayment ability assessments for customers.
• Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions.
• Conclude sales deals and process loan applications.
• Provide efficient and effective member/customer service delivery.
• Retain and grow relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholders.
• Establish new member/customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify potential risk and communicate to relevant parties.

An exciting opportunity exists at iMasFinance Cooperative Limited Centurion office to fill the above t position in our Digital Channels Sales Contact Centre. Preference will be given to qualifying candidates from the designated groups, in support of the iMasFinance transformation strategy.

Job Purpose:

To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services in order to promote and sell vehicle and asset financing, loan products (secured and unsecured loans) and value added products through a contact centre and other digital technologies.

Job Outputs:

• Sales of vehicle and asset financing, personal loans, related and value-adding products and up-selling & cross selling other iMasFinance products
• Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, customers and dealerships
• Conduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessments
• Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions
• Conclude sales deals, process & finalize loan applications
• Efficient and effective member/customer service delivery

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting (Essential)
• FAIS Recognised Qualification or Certificate for Representatives (Essential)

• Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
• 2 years' experience within a financial/banking industry including vehicle/asset finance
