Absa Bank Limited is seeking a specialist to support operational planning and service delivery enhancements in a dynamic banking environment. You will build strategic relationships with leaders, regulators and partners to drive business and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities include leading bulk acquisition initiatives, collecting market intelligence and mentoring a team to achieve business objectives. A strong focus on compliance and industry knowledge will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce and Management Studies.
• Professional qualifications related to business, commerce or management are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with industry leaders, regulators and policy makers as well as business partners.
• Champion and manage the business bulk acquisition strategic plan in line with Absa Business unit strategy.
• Collect market intelligence through research to keep abreast of market developments.
• Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and colleague development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and developments in the banking industry affecting the unit.
