Job summary

Dante Personnel is assisting a Gauteng-based client in Germiston to recruit an experienced administrative professional for a Supply Chain support role.

The role requires 13 years in administration, procurement, logistics or a similar role, with ERP experience (SYSPRO or alternatives) and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

You will need meticulous attention to detail, good communication, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• 13 years experience in administration, procurement, logistics, supply chain, or similar role.
• Experience with SYSPRO or another ERP system.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn and develop within a Supply Chain environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or Finance will be advantageous.
• Creditors / Accounts Payable experience will be advantageous.
