Job summary

Fidelity Services Group in South Africa seeks a Hybrid Sales Consultant to source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to potential customers. You will also source upgrades for alarm systems, CCTV, and electric fences, while aiming to exceed monthly targets for new customers and hardware sales.

The role requires self-motivation, strong selling skills and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are compulsory; PSIRA Grade C is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, with proven track record in sales preferably capital goods sales (not FMCG).
• Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC alarm systems is advantageous.
• Matric or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close self-sourced deals.
• Follow up on all leads received internally and via telesales.
• Sell security solutions to new and existing clients.
• Create solid & long-standing relationships with estate agents, builders, architects etc.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sale targets.
• Maintain all administrative duties pertaining to sales.
