Placements24 is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our client's FMCG sales team across the North West province, based in Mahikeng. You will set targets, develop strategies, and drive market penetration and growth within your territory.

You will manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, analyze data, build key client relationships, and report to senior management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FMCG sales leadership and strong people skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' sales management experience in FMCG.
