Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage operations across multiple business units within the designated Centurion area.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to on-site managers, ensuring consistent execution of company standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks within the Gauteng region.
• Manage regional budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation across all locations.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, clients, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in multi-unit management or regional management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding business objectives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing diverse teams and operations in the Centurion vicinity.
