Placements24 in Bloemfontein is seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple business units in the Free State. You will drive profitability, implement best practices, and ensure operational consistency across sites.

Lead, coach, and develop site managers; manage budgets, P&L, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Travel across the Free State as required to optimize performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably with multi-site responsibility.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with financial management and budget control.
• Ability to travel within the Free State region as required.
