• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics supervision or management.

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics supervision or management, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated experience in managing warehouse operations and transportation fleets in Durban.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license (Code 10 preferred) and a clean driving record.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Durban full-time.
