You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping while optimizing inventory, coordinating transportation, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain in KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management within logistics.
• Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations.

• Strong leadership and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehousing.
• Experience in Durban or KwaZulu-Natal preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
