The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, 5+ years in senior logistics or operations, and proven capability to manage large-scale warehousing networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in senior logistics or operations management.
• Proven track record in warehouse operations and distribution networks.

• Experience with ERP and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient operational strategies for the Durban logistics hub.
• Manage daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate transportation logistics with carriers and drivers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and transportation management.
