Job summary

The role requires SACAP-registered professionals with 3–5 years post-registration experience and proficiency in ArchiCAD, Twinmotion, and CADDIE. A strong portfolio and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered as a Professional Architectural Technologist with SACAP.
• 3–5 years' post-registration experience in an architectural practice.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD, Twinmotion and CADDIE.
• Must be able to produce a portfolio of evidence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
• Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist with design development and technical execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Coordinate project information with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and other consultants.
• Prepare documentation for municipal submissions and statutory approvals.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
