Placements24 is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist for our George-based architectural firm. You will translate complex design concepts into practical, buildable solutions while ensuring technical accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with architects and contractors to deliver high-quality projects, focusing on technical detailing, documentation, and coordination to maintain the firm's reputation for excellence in execution and construction

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Expertise in Revit and other architectural design software.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support during design and construction phases.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Perform site inspections to verify construction against design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and South African building codes.

This position requires a meticulous individual who excels at technical detailing and documentation, working closely with architects and contractors to deliver high-quality projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring the technical integrity of our designs and contribute significantly to the firm's reputation for excellence in execution and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities
